[0:00] I greet you in Jesus' name this morning. Jesus, the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

[0:15] Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Well, we can't go wrong talking about Jesus, right?

[0:30] Turn to Romans. We'll be spending a lot of time in Romans this morning and in the good Isaiah for a little while.

[0:46] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. But in the Gospel of John, it tells us that when John the Baptist, when he saw Jesus coming to him to be baptized, he looked at him and he said, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

[1:18] And this morning, I want to look at the Lamb of God. I want to behold the Lamb of God. Because it is as we behold him and as we see Jesus, for who he is and what he has done, that we can appreciate our salvation and we can further enter into salvation.

[1:44] In Romans 3, we have some verses here that we probably all have memorized. But in 3.23, it says, For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

[2:02] We all know this verse. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. None except. But all humanity. From the day that Adam and Eve fell, all humanity has been born with this sin nature.

[2:26] And so all have sinned and all have come short. All have been rebellious.

[2:40] All have gone our own way. In verse 10, it says, As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. There is none righteous.

[2:53] And there is only one way to be righteous. And that is through the blood of Jesus. And through the centuries, humanity has tried to find a way to God outside of Jesus.

[3:14] But there is no other name given under heaven whereby we must be saved. There is only one way of salvation, and that is through the blood of Jesus.

[3:24] And that's what we're looking at this morning. There is none righteous, no, not one. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

[3:37] He goes on. He says, Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are passed through the forbearance of God, to declare, I say at this time, His righteousness, that He might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

[4:14] You know, in looking at Romans and reading through Romans, you know, the apostle, he addresses this here. He brings it out in chapter 3.

[4:25] And then later he brings it in again, and he brings it in again. And then he repeats himself, and he expands further on what he has already said.

[4:35] And I believe he did that because we need to hear it over and over and over again. And that's why we are again speaking of this this morning.

[4:50] Let's turn to Isaiah 53.

[5:02] I want to read through this whole chapter. I want to look at this verse by verse. Isaiah 53.

[5:16] And just think with me of Isaiah. Isaiah here, we don't know, 700 years before Christ, he was prophesying of Jesus and the Redeemer.

[5:33] And I believe he was one of those prophets that we read about that says, they so desired to look into this great salvation.

[5:46] And he got glimpses. And he saw, and he got revelation, and he wrote it. But he still, he could not quite see it the way we have it now.

[5:59] Well, let's start reading here. Isaiah 53. Who hath believed our report? To whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

[6:11] For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, as a root out of a dry ground. He hath no form nor comeliness. When we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

[6:26] He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from him.

[6:38] He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows.

[6:48] Yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions.

[6:59] He was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him. And with his stripes we are healed.

[7:10] You know, just look at this. He has borne our griefs. He has carried our sorrows. The Amplified brings out that our griefs and our sicknesses, our pains, our sorrows, he took them all.

[7:26] He was stricken. He was wounded for our transgressions. He had no transgressions of his own. But he was wounded for our transgressions, for the sin of the whole world.

[7:41] He was bruised. He was smitten. He was beaten. He was beaten. He was beaten for our iniquities. And he says the chastisement of our peace.

[7:54] The price, the cost of us, of humanity having peace with God. He paid that price there at Calvary.

[8:04] The chastisement of our peace was upon him. He took it all.

[8:16] He paid for it all. Why? Because we could not pay for it. Humanity tries to pay for their own sin, but we cannot pay for our own sin.

[8:31] With his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned everyone to his own way.

[8:43] And the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. We've all gone astray. We've all sinned. Romans told us that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

[8:57] Romans told us that there's none righteous. No, not one. Here he says that all have gone our own way. We've all gone our own way.

[9:09] We've all tried to find our own way to please God. But we cannot, in our own strength, in our own self, we can never please God.

[9:22] We've all gone our own way. We've all rebelled against God. It says the Lord laid on Jesus all of our iniquity.

[9:37] All of it. He laid it on Jesus. Jesus took it all. There at Calvary. He took it all.

[9:53] We don't have to pay for any of it. Because we can't. But Jesus did. He was oppressed.

[10:09] He was afflicted. Yet he opened not his mouth. He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter. And as a sheep before her shearers is dumb.

[10:20] So he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment. And who shall declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living.

[10:34] For the transgression of my people was he stricken. He made his grave with the wicked and with the rich in his death.

[10:45] Because he had done no violence. Neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him.

[10:56] He hath put him to grief. When thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin. He shall see his seed. He shall prolong his days.

[11:09] And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul. And shall be satisfied.

[11:19] By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many. For he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great.

[11:33] And he shall divide the spoiled with the strong. Because he hath poured out his soul unto death. He was numbered with the transgressors.

[11:43] And he bare the sin of many. And made intercession for the transgressors. Let's pray one more time.

[11:54] Lord we thank you for your word. And we thank you for that sacrifice that you made for us upon Calvary's tree. And Lord I pray that today.

[12:05] Lord you will come and you will open up. Lord your word and you will open up. Your salvation to us today. Lord in a way that we will just further.

[12:20] In a further way we will appreciate and see what you have done for us. Oh God. Lord remove the blindness. Lord remove any hindrance today in the name of Jesus.

[12:35] And help us Lord to enter in to all that you have for us today. We pray in Jesus name. Amen. Isaiah.

[12:49] Isaiah is such a wonderful, wonderful book. And here. Verse 10. It says the will.

[13:01] The will and the pleasure of the Lord. Will prosper in his hand. The will of God. The will of God.

[13:15] Prospered through Jesus that day. The will of God. And the pleasure of God. What was the will of God? What is the pleasure of God?

[13:26] I believe it is. That lost humanity. Will come into fellowship with him. That is the will and the pleasure of God. And it prospered that day.

[13:38] When Jesus shed his blood. When Jesus went to Calvary's tree. It pleasure. It prospered. In that day. He shall bear their iniquities.

[13:52] And their guilt. And the consequences also. You know sin has consequences. Whatever we sow. That we will reap. But he took those consequences.

[14:05] Upon himself that day. He took those. And he carried them. He paid it all that day. He took those consequences.

[14:16] That we do not have to reap. For the sin that we've sown. He bear our sin. He bear our sin. Hallelujah. What a Savior.

[14:29] What a Savior. Can you see Jesus. On that cross. Dying for us. For you. For you that day.

[14:41] Shedding his blood. That we can have redemption. That we can be set free. You know there was no way. That we could pay for our sin.

[14:51] We sing that song. He paid a debt. He didn't know. He owed a debt. I couldn't pay. But he paid for it.

[15:02] With his blood that day. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Let's turn to Romans.

[15:19] Romans chapter 5. You know.

[15:31] Paul. Paul. Talks about the law. And how. The Jews thought that they could keep the law.

[15:43] And they could. Through keeping the law. They could come into right standing with God. God. And today. Today.

[15:55] We have many people. Trying to. To. To live. A good enough life. To pay. And to be in right standing. With God. It didn't work for the Jews.

[16:08] And it doesn't work for the Jews. Today. And it doesn't work for anyone else. And as we go through this. Keep that in mind.

[16:19] Jesus. Opened the way. He paid. Our penalty. That we can come into full fellowship with God. He bridged the gap.

[16:30] Between lost humanity. And holy God. That we have a way back into fellowship. With God almighty. Romans chapter 5.

[16:47] Verse 6. When we were yet without strength. In due time. Christ died. For the ungodly. You know.

[16:58] Before we were born. But other people were born. And were living then. But Jesus came. Before we were born. He came.

[17:10] And he died. For the ungodly. He did not die. For the righteous. But he died. For the ungodly. He died.

[17:21] For the rebellious. He died. For the sinner. For scarcely. For a righteous man. Will one die. Yet peradventure. For a good man.

[17:32] Some would even dare. To die. But God. Commendeth his love. Toward us. In that while. We were yet sinners. Christ died.

[17:43] For us. Remember. Isaiah says. That when he gave. He gave his life. He could see his seed. He could look down.

[17:54] Through the centuries. And he could see our day. And he died. For us. As well as for those people. Yes. He died.

[18:04] He died. He died for us. As much as for anyone else. God. Commendeth his love. Toward us.

[18:15] You know. In the natural. In the natural. He says. You know. You wouldn't. Men wouldn't give their life. For an evil man.

[18:28] It says. It says. Peradventure. For a good man. Some would even. Dare to die. And lay down their life. For him. But God.

[18:38] Was not that way. God saw the rebellion. In humanity. And he gave his life. For us. While we were in rebellion.

[18:50] While we were. Lost in sin. And he gave his life. For us. To show us. His great love. For us.

[19:01] For God. So loved the world. He gave his only begotten son. That whosoever. What? Believeth in him. Hallelujah.

[19:12] Remember that little word. Believeth. Believeth. That. Is the key. Verse 9.

[19:30] Much more than. Being now justified. By his blood. You know. There is no way. That we can pay. For our redemption.

[19:41] There is no way. That we can. That we can come to God. In our own merits. But it says. Now. Being justified.

[19:52] By the blood of Jesus. We can be justified. By the blood of Jesus. And we can be saved. From the wrath. Of God. Through Jesus.

[20:04] Through his blood. For if. When we were enemies. You know. We were all enemies. To God. Why?

[20:15] Because we were rebellious. We lived a life. Of sin. We lived a life. Of rebellion. We lived a life.

[20:35] We were reconciled. By the death. Of his son. While we were enemies. We were reconciled. That. That price.

[20:45] Of our reconciliation. it was paid and now being reconciled we shall be saved by his life. And not only so but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have now received the atonement.

[21:11] We have received the atonement. Jesus, the blood of Jesus atoned for our sin. The Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world.

[21:27] Amen. In chapter 3 we already looked at some of this.

[21:47] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[21:57] Amen. Amen. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There is none righteous. No, not one. In our own self.

[22:09] In our own being. We are not righteous. And we can never be. The only way that we can come to God is to be born again and to come to him by his grace.

[22:28] Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood.

[22:45] A propitiation. He took our place. There on Calvary. He took our place. And he paid for our sin.

[23:00] That now when we come to God in faith believing in the shed blood of Jesus believing that Jesus shed his blood for me when we believe that we can come to him and find redemption and receive the righteousness of Jesus Christ.

[23:28] God has set forth Jesus to be our propitiation.

[23:45] To take our place. To take our place on the cross. He laid down his life that we can have eternal life.

[23:57] to declare I say at this time his righteousness that he might be just and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

[24:12] Jesus will justify all of us that believe that he laid down his life and he shed his blood for us.

[24:23] If we put our trust in him he will justify us. Oh yes. Now I want to look at chapter 10.

[24:37] Chapter 10. Chapter 10. Chapter 10.

[25:07] Talking about the Gentiles. That the Gentiles which verse 30 which followed not after righteousness.

[25:23] The Gentiles were known to be evil people. That's who we all were before Christ. Before we gave our life to him.

[25:35] We did not follow after righteousness. He says now they have attained to righteousness even the righteousness which is of faith.

[25:50] But Israel those people that followed after the law of righteousness. The old law. and trying to please God in their own strength.

[26:02] Trying to please God. Trying to live a good enough life to be pleasing to God. It just does not work. It says here Israel was trying to do that.

[26:19] It says they have not attained to the law of righteousness. You know if there's one thing that the law proved it was that humanity cannot live a life that is pleasing to God.

[26:37] In our own strength we cannot please God. In our old man we cannot please God. That's what that's what the law proved to humanity.

[26:54] You know you know God gave the law to Moses and by the time Christ came the Pharisees they they had they had volumes of new laws that they had written up to try to get the people to a place where they would live a holy life and be pleasing to God.

[27:13] But it didn't work. And it still doesn't work. You know we can we can have all the laws that we can think of to try to get that old man to live a life that is pleasing to God and it will not work.

[27:31] The only thing that is pleasing to God is when his life the life of Jesus is within us that new creation in Christ Jesus old things pass away and all things become new.

[27:46] That is the only life that is pleasing to God. So Israel trying to please God but they could not attain to righteousness.

[28:01] Verse 32 wherefore why not? Because they sought it not by faith but they tried to work it out.

[28:12] They tried to work it out and it doesn't work for they stumbled at that stumbling stone that stumbling stone that rock of offense which is Jesus they stumbled at him and people still stumble over him today as it is written behold I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

[28:46] Brethren my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved for I bear them record that they have a zeal of God but not according to knowledge and we still find that today people have a zeal for God and they want to serve God but they want to do it in their own way they don't want to submit themselves unto the righteousness of God verse 3 for they being ignorant of God's righteousness people are ignorant of God's righteousness so they go about to establish their own righteousness they try to live a life that is pleasing to God outside of Jesus Christ says and have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God you know right here is the key right here is the key to coming into faith with in the faith of Jesus

[30:04] Christ you know the provisions of God are by faith and as long as we try to please God outside of Jesus we will never please Him it says here that they did not submit themselves unto the righteousness of God how do we come to Him how do we come to Him it is by believing that Jesus paid everything everything nothing in my hands I bring I just come to Him with my life my all everything that I am everything that I my whole life I just lay it before Him our own righteousness is as filthy rags that's a terrible thing that's a terrible thing those filthy rags that He's talking about that's a terrible terrible thing but

[31:30] Jesus offers us His righteousness He offers to justify us by faith He offers us peace with God by faith in Him by faith in His blood by just simply believing that He did that He did this that He that His blood is sufficient to pay for my sin hallelujah submitting ourselves to His righteousness and allowing Him to make us a new creation in Christ Jesus to take away the old to take away all that we are all that we have just wash it all away and be a new creation in Christ

[32:33] Jesus but what saith it verse 8 the word is nigh thee even in thy mouth and in thy heart that is the word of faith which we preach that if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus that if thou shall confess that Jesus is Lord confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved it's that simple if we believe in our heart in our heart that God raised

[33:44] Jesus from the dead if we believe in our heart that Jesus came to this earth and he lived a life here free from sin he lived a life as a human and he gave his life he shed his blood for us and that blood paid for your redemption if you can believe that and you believe that God raised Jesus from the dead you can be saved hallelujah for with the heart man believeth under righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation for the scripture saith whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved you know it's not just in thinking that

[34:49] I believe but it is in confessing with the mouth that I believe this that I believe Jesus paid the price for my sin that I believe that God raised him from the dead and confessing him as Lord of my life you know Jesus wants to be Lord of all will we submit ourselves to his righteousness and allow him to be Lord of all I want to look at an account in Acts in Acts 10 I believe it is Acts 8 here we have the eunuch and the spirit of

[35:51] God told Philip to go and join himself to this chariot and he was reading the very scripture that we read here this morning in Isaiah and Philip asked him if he understands what he reads in verse 34 the eunuch answered and said I pray thee of whom speaketh the prophet this of himself or some other man then Philip opened his mouth began at the same scripture and preached unto him Jesus Philip preached to him Jesus just like I'm preaching to you this morning I'm preaching to you Jesus and as they went on their way he explained to him Isaiah 53 and how

[36:53] Jesus came and gave his life and as they went on their way they came to water and the eunuch said see here is water what doth hinder me to be baptized and Philip said if thou believest with all thine heart thou mayest that is what God is looking for in us today that we believe with all our heart that Jesus came to this earth that he gave his life for us that Jesus is the son of God and he came and he died he shed his blood for us and he paid the penalty of our redemption hallelujah if we believe with all our heart that is what Philip told the eunuch and that is still how it is today the requirements to coming to him and he commanded the chariot to stand still he didn't have a lot of other questions he didn't ask him a lot of where have you been what sins have you been in what life have you lived have you lived a good enough life have you this have you that no but if you believe that Jesus if you confess that

[38:19] Jesus is your Lord if you believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God he commanded the chariot to stand still and he went down both into the water both Philip and the eunuch and he baptized him hallelujah hallelujah like the Romans we read this if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus if we will proclaim if we will proclaim with our mouth the Lord Jesus if we will proclaim that Jesus is Lord if we will acknowledge him as Lord of our life hallelujah thou shalt be saved confess with thy mouth the Lord

[39:25] Jesus and believe in thine heart God has raised him from the dead hallelujah whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved in Romans 5 verse 1 and 2 let's read the last couple verses in chapter 4 you know in chapter 4 talks about Abraham the father of faith and talks about how when Abraham believed God it was imputed unto him for righteousness and today if we will believe God it will be imputed unto us for righteousness sake that is how we receive that's how we become righteous is not is not by by doing all those good works but by receiving the righteousness of Jesus by faith and he goes through this whole chapter talking about

[40:28] Abraham and how he came to God and how he how he believed in God and therefore it is of faith that it might be by grace in verse 16 and our God who calleth in verse 17 who calleth those things which be not as though they were and Abraham he staggered not he staggered not at the promise through unbelief but he was strong in faith and he considered not though it was impossible for him to have a son yet he believed God therefore in verse 22 it was imputed to him for righteousness now it was not written for his sake alone but it was that it was imputed to him it was you know these things aren't in the Bible just for Abraham's sake but they're there for our sake but for us also to whom it shall be imputed if we believe on him that raised up

[41:40] Jesus our Lord from the dead who was delivered for our offenses and was raised again for our justification faithfulness missionary for our and we are Lord who was delivered for our offenses and he was raised again for our justification therefore for being justified by faith.

[42:17] We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. This is how we find peace with God, is by believing in our Lord Jesus Christ.

[42:28] We are justified, not by our good works, but we are justified by faith. By faith in Jesus. Hallelujah. By whom also we have access by faith.

[42:41] By Jesus we have access by faith. By believing in Him, we have access into the grace of God. Hallelujah.

[42:54] You know, there's no way we could earn our salvation. There's no way that we could pay for our salvation. But we have access through Jesus.

[43:06] By our faith in Him, we have access to God. We have access to grace. The grace of God.

[43:19] Wherein we stand and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Hallelujah. Oh, what a wonderful salvation.

[43:31] Ephesians chapter 2. Ephesians chapter 2. Chapter 1 talks about Jesus and His exceeding greatness of His power to us.

[44:00] How God raised Him from the dead and set Him at His own right hand, far above all principalities and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.

[44:18] Verse 22. And hath put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be the head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him that filleth all in all.

[44:32] And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins. We were dead in trespasses and sins. And unless we have believed in Jesus, we are still dead in trespasses and sins.

[44:49] It is wherein in time past, ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.

[45:04] Remember Isaiah says that all, we've all gone astray, we've all gone our own way. You know, there's many people today that try to live a good life, but they're doing it in their own way.

[45:22] And it's a disaster. It's not eternal life. Verse 2 says, We walked according to the course of this world.

[45:42] We walked according to the prince of the power of the air. You know, if we're not led by the Spirit of God, if we are not born again by faith in the blood of Jesus, then we're still taking our direction from the prince of the power of the air.

[46:10] You know, many people would think that, oh, I'm not such a bad person. I'm not living a bad life.

[46:23] But the only way to be brought out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of Jesus is through faith in the shed blood of Jesus.

[46:40] Faith in the blood of Jesus. Allowing Him to be our Lord. According to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.

[46:58] And that includes everyone that has not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of Jesus Christ.

[47:11] That includes all people that are trying to work their way into the kingdom of God outside the blood of Jesus.

[47:22] There's only one way. There's only one name. And there's only one way. And that is through faith in the blood of Jesus. Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind.

[47:48] And we're by nature the children of wrath even as others. Let's look at this. He says, this is who we were. The lusts of our flesh.

[48:00] Fulfilling the desires of the flesh. Fulfilling those old desires. The desires of this old flesh. And of the mind. And of the mind.

[48:12] And we're by nature the children of wrath. You know, unless unless we're a child of God unless we're born again into the kingdom of God we are a child of wrath.

[48:28] And the wrath of God will someday come upon the unbelievers. But God you know this is what we all were.

[48:39] But God who is rich in mercy for his great love wherewith he loved us. Even when we were dead in sins he has quickened us together with Christ.

[48:54] By grace ye are saved. By grace we are saved. Are you saved? Have you experienced the grace of God? Have you come to him and received full assurance of forgiveness and righteousness in Jesus Christ.

[49:12] By grace we are saved. You know all the good things that we've done they avail nothing. They avail nothing when it comes to salvation.

[49:24] You may have lived a good life for the last five or ten years or all your life but unless unless you're born again by the blood of Jesus you're lost.

[49:41] By grace we are saved and by faith in the blood of Jesus we have access into this grace. Hallelujah. God has raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

[50:02] now that we're born again we're seated together with Christ in heavenly places that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

[50:26] We are seated together in heavenly places. where did chapter 1 tell us that Jesus is at? He is seated at the right hand of the Father.

[50:38] He is far above all principality and power and might all of the powers of the enemy he is far above them and we are seated together with him in heavenly places.

[50:52] Verse 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith. by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God it is the gift of God you know just imagine if someone would give you a gift and it would you would know it's a very spendy gift and you would try to pay for it you know a gift that's worth a million dollars and you get all the money you got it might be a thousand or it might be ten and you try to pay for this gift that's how it is when we try to pay for our salvation we can't pay for it our own righteousness is filthy it's filthy when we try when we try to be righteous that means that we are rejecting his righteousness we are rejecting his righteousness we are rejecting what he did for us on

[52:03] Calvary we are rejecting his provisions when we try to bring our righteousness to God by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God it is the gift of God we can never pay for it not of works lest any man should boast you know the human race is a proud race and if we could pay for our salvation by working for it then we would have something to boast about but we don't we can't because we would we are his workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them you know when we're born again and we've submitted ourselves to his righteousness then it will affect our works it will change our life old things pass away and all things become new and now we're a new creation in Christ

[53:22] Jesus and here he tells us we are created unto good works which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them God has a work for each one of us and he has foreordained that path for us to walk in yes and it will be a good life it will be good works it will be fruitful in the kingdom of God verse 12 that at that time you were without

[54:28] Christ being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel strangers from the covenant of promise having no hope and without God in the world that's who we were that's how we were but now in Christ Jesus you who were sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ for he is our peace Jesus is our peace he is our peace he is broken down the middle wall of partition he is broken down that that that wall that stood between us and God he is broken it down and opened up the way for us for us amen hallelujah hallelujah Jesus

[55:30] Jesus the one who gave his life for us only trust him that's all it takes just trust him the full surrender laying down our life laying down our life and trusting him to make us holy to make us righteous to bring us to pay that debt that we could not pay to pay for all of our past all of our sin all of our mistakes all those things just bring it to the cross and lay it down and allow him allow him to cleanse and to set you free amen amen if we believe with all our heart if we confess that Jesus is Lord hallelujah whosoever call from the name of the Lord shall be saved by grace we are saved through faith let's pray
