[0:00] I greet you in the name of Jesus this morning. We will continue on where Tony left off.

[0:18] You turn to Romans. You know, I find many similarities in these epistles.

[0:31] You know, when Paul wrote to different churches, and, you know, Anthony read Romans 8, and he read Galatians 5.

[0:46] And in Romans 7 and 8, we find a longer version of these verses here in Galatians.

[1:04] You know, he read this verse that says in Galatians 5, verse 17, the last phrase says, so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

[1:19] You know, if we allow that old man, that old self to rule, even if we think we desire to do what is right, we won't be able to.

[1:34] But in verse 24, he gives the answer. He says, they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

[1:51] That's the answer to the struggle within. In Romans, let's turn to Romans chapter 7 and chapter 8. Crucifying that old man is the answer to that struggle.

[2:10] To the struggling Christian, this is the answer. You know, over the years, I've heard many people say, oh, but there's no way to live a victorious life, to be victorious over sin.

[2:33] Well, if you crucify that old man, there is a way to live victorious. I just want to pick out a couple verses in chapter 7, and then we'll look at some of 8.

[2:51] So, verse 15. And before this, I mean, we could read the whole chapter, we could read the whole book.

[3:05] But in verse 13, he says, I believe that many times when people just can't find victory over sin, it's because they still love sin.

[3:37] It's not become, they don't abhor sin. They love it. Here he talks about sin becoming exceeding sinful in our, the way we look at it.

[3:54] That we see it for what it is. That it is a dreadful disease that brings death. You know, I mean, yeah, it's endless where we could go, but in chapter 6, he says, for the wages of sin is death.

[4:14] By the gift of God is eternal life through Christ, Jesus Christ our Lord. The wages of sin is death. Romans 7, 15.

[4:28] For that which I do, I allow not. For what I would, that do I not. But what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

[4:42] You know, what he's describing here is, I believe he's describing many so-called Christians in our nation today.

[4:53] But the life that he's describing is a terrible life. It's a terrible life. It's a life of living in sin, and probably every evening before you go to bed, you confess your sin and hope you're forgiven, and the next morning you get up and do it all over again.

[5:17] It's not the life of victory that Jesus paid for. Verse 19, For the good that I would, I do not, but the evil which I would not, that I do.

[5:33] Now if I do that which that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law that when I would do good, evil is present with me.

[5:47] For I delight in the law of God after the inward man, but I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

[6:01] Remember the verse that we read in chapter 6, the wages of sin is death. That's the law of sin that is in our members. That's the law of sin.

[6:13] It's a sentence that God has pronounced upon the old man, is death. O wretched man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

[6:29] Who will deliver us from this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Through Jesus Christ our Lord there is deliverance.

[6:42] You know, if this is in any way your experience, if this is in any way your life, there is victory available through Jesus Christ our Lord.

[6:54] There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

[7:06] You know, and how will we walk after the Spirit? How will we live this life in the Spirit of God? That's what we want to look at this morning.

[7:19] And, you know, Tony read this portion. And before we move on, let me just point out a few things here.

[7:29] In verse 5, they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh.

[7:47] They that are after the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. To be carnally minded is death. To be spiritually minded is life and peace.

[8:00] And why is that? Because the carnal mind is the enemy of God. That's why. This carnal mind is the enemy of God.

[8:12] It's not subject to God, and it cannot be. But humanity and humanism today has tried their best to get that old man, to get that carnal mind to the place that, you know, humanity is always trying to force God to accept the old man.

[8:37] And God will not. He says He cannot. This old man, this carnal mind, cannot please God.

[8:49] It cannot please God. Verse 13. If ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

[9:08] So what's He saying here? As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. How do we mortify the deeds of the body?

[9:19] Well, we want to go on over. We want to go on over to chapter 12. And I want to read a couple of verses here. He says, I beseech you therefore.

[9:34] And, you know, that therefore, He's pointing back to what He just got done saying. And I believe He's not just pointing back to the last couple of verses, but He's pointing back to what He wrote before in this book.

[9:50] About the wages of sin is death, and the carnal mind is the enemy of God. And how that we need to take that captive.

[10:00] Now He says, I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

[10:17] And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

[10:29] Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed. To be transformed. To be made a new creature in Christ Jesus. The old has passed away and the new has been born.

[10:43] And now, you know, that last verse I read in chapter 8, He says, we need to, through the Spirit, mortify the deeds of the body.

[10:58] Through the Spirit, through the power of the Holy Ghost, we put to death the works of the old man. And here, in verse 1, He says, that we present our bodies a living sacrifice to God.

[11:14] We present ourselves a living sacrifice to God. You know, you know, the problem with a living sacrifice is because that living sacrifice can get up and crawl off of that altar, right?

[11:31] You know, in the Old Testament, they would, they would take their sacrifice and they would bring it to the altar and they would slay it and it was dead and it, they put it on that altar and they cut it so everything fit.

[11:43] And they put it on that altar and they burned it up. You know, and if that would be how we do our sacrifice now, it would be one time and it would be over because it's, it's dead.

[11:57] But we are a living sacrifice. We are to present our bodies a living sacrifice. What does that mean? It means that we are to live for Jesus.

[12:09] Jesus. You know, we seek to know His will and we seek to walk in it.

[12:23] We don't need to know an explanation. We don't need to, we don't need to know the whys, but all we need to know is the will of God. And then we need to walk in obedience.

[12:35] We need to walk in obedience. obedience. Jesus said in Luke 9, He said, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me.

[12:52] If we will follow Jesus, we must deny ourself. Deny what? Deny that old self, that old man and his desires.

[13:06] His desires, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life. Those things, we need to deny them. We need to have them on the altar and allow the Spirit of God to burn them up.

[13:21] We must, through the Spirit, mortify the deeds of the body. They that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

[13:37] You know, many people, they want to say that they've given, they've given themselves a sacrifice and they've given everything to Christ.

[13:50] But they've not crucified the affections and the lusts of the old man. It's still, I want, I will, I want this, I want to do that, I want to be who I want to be, I want to do the things I want to do, I want to live my life the way I want to live it.

[14:10] You know, as long as that is us, we will never be effective in the kingdom of God. I want to read these verses, Romans 12, 1 and 2 in the Amplified.

[14:27] I appeal to you, therefore, brethren, and beg of you, in view of all the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies, presenting all your members and faculties as a living sacrifice, holy, devoted, and consecrated, and well-pleasing to God, which is your reasonable, it's only rational and intelligent, service and spiritual worship to our God.

[15:00] And do not be conformed to this world, to this age, and the fashions of it. Do not fashion your life after it, and adopt it to its external, superficial customs, but be transformed, to be changed by the entire renewal of your mind, by its new ideals, and its new attitude, so that you may prove for yourselves what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in His sight for you.

[15:40] You know, God has a will. He has a plan for each one of us. And we will only fulfill it as we yield ourselves completely to Him.

[15:54] Now, I want to go back in the Old Testament, and I want to look at the evening sacrifice. You know, Jesus said, Jesus said, if any man will come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily.

[16:19] Paul says here, by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, that we need to present our bodies a living sacrifice. You know, the children of Israel, they were commanded to do daily sacrifices, and I believe it's in Exodus.

[16:36] We'll find it here in a minute. Exodus 29. Let's turn to Exodus 29. He's talking about other offerings before this, and then we'll start reading verse 37, the end of the verse.

[17:12] Just notice this little phrase. Whatsoever touches the altar shall be holy. Whatever touches the altar will be holy.

[17:29] Verse 38. Now this is that which thou shalt offer upon the altar, two lambs of the first year, day by day, continually.

[17:41] Though one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning, and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and with the one lamb a tenth deal of flour mingled with the fourth part of an hint of beaten oil, and a fourth part of an hint of wine for a drink offering, and the other lamb thou shalt offer at even, and shalt do thereto according to the meat offering of the morning, and according to the drink offering thereof, for a sweet savor and offering made by fire unto the Lord.

[18:14] This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord, where I will meet you and speak thereunto thee, and there I will meet with the children of Israel, and the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory, and I will sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar.

[18:43] I will sanctify also both Aaron and his sons to minister to me in the priest's office, and I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God.

[18:53] Now notice a few things here. You know, these offerings, they were a continual daily offering.

[19:04] You know, Jesus said, if we will follow Him, we must deny ourselves and take up our cross daily. Daily. There's, you know, that's the time when we get in trouble.

[19:20] is when we skip our time with the Lord daily. You know, if we're up to date with Him every day, then, then, there's not much place for the devil to come in and to sidetrack us and to take us astray.

[19:41] Jesus said, daily. And here in these sacrifices, they were a continual sacrifice every day. They had the lamb they sacrificed in the morning.

[19:53] And then they had the evening sacrifice. The evening sacrifice. Now notice here.

[20:11] Verse 42. Notice, when we give ourselves, when we give ourselves that living sacrifice, then Jesus, the Holy Ghost, will come and He will meet us and He will talk to us and He will lead us.

[20:53] It says, you know, hallelujah, you know, Elijah, there on Mount Carmel, He gathered the children of Israel together that day and He said, so let's see who is God.

[21:18] Let's see if Baal is God. Why don't you stop halting between two opinions here. You know, one day you want to serve Baal and the next day you want to serve God.

[21:30] and it does not work that way. And it doesn't work that way in our day. You can't go serve Baal during the week and then Sunday come to church and serve God.

[21:42] That's how many people do. But it doesn't work that way. God will either be Lord of all or not at all. And so here, Elijah, gathered the people together and all the prophets of Baal, the 450, and they came together and He said, now, you take your bullock and you offer it to your God and I'll take my bullock and offer it to God and we'll see which God answers by fire.

[22:16] Well, we all know the story, how it went that day. But you know, Elijah, he took that bullock and like I mentioned before, he cut that thing and he set it on that altar so that it fit and it was proper and it was right.

[22:36] And when he prayed, the fire fell. The fire of God fell and I'll tell you today, when we offer ourselves a living sacrifice and we've laid it all on the altar and our life is completely given to Him, the fire of God can fall upon your life.

[22:59] The Spirit of God can come and empower you for service to live a victorious life. So let's go back, think back to Romans.

[23:13] Present your body a living sacrifice. And what was that other verse in Romans 8? It says, we must through the Spirit mortify the deeds of the body.

[23:26] So in other words, the new man in Christ takes that old man and all his deeds and puts him on the altar and he offers him, he kills him there.

[23:43] a living sacrifice. A living sacrifice. You know, whenever you allow that old man to have his way, whenever you listen to him, whenever you yield to him, you'll fall back into sin.

[24:02] You'll lose the victory. When we offer our bodies a living sacrifice to him, just like here in Exodus, God said, I will meet, I will come and I will speak there unto thee.

[24:22] You know, if you can't hear from God, you better check the sacrifice. Check and see if it's on the altar. Check and see if it fits on that altar or if it's struggling off to the side or what is with it.

[24:43] Where I will meet you and speak there unto thee. Oh, I'll tell you, it's so precious. It's so wonderful. Yes, this walk with our Savior, this walk full of the Holy Ghost.

[24:58] There's nothing in this life that compares through walking in the power of the Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. He says, the tabernacle shall be sanctified by my glory.

[25:18] Let me tell you today, that's how we become sanctified, set apart and cleansed and meet for the Master's use is when the glory of God, the Holy Ghost, comes upon us and cleanses this vessel and He empowers us with the power of God.

[25:39] Hallelujah. We are sanctified by the glory of God, by the Spirit of God. Yes, you know, Isaiah 60, I don't know if we'll turn there, but Isaiah 60 talks about a dark day and everything's exceeding dark and, you know, we live in a day like that.

[26:03] This world is dark. It's terribly dark. And what is God's answer to the darkness? It is to bring His glory upon the church.

[26:16] That's His answer to a dark world is the glory of God upon His people. Hallelujah. I will sanctify also Aaron and his sons to minister to me and I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God.

[26:41] Hallelujah. If we will sacrifice that old man and live the life of the new, God will dwell in us and He will be our God.

[26:58] Amen. Back to this little phrase at the end of verse 37. Whatsoever touches the altar shall be holy.

[27:13] You know, I, I looked a little bit into that and in that day whatever, whatever it was that came into that place and touched the altar, it instantly, it was, it belonged to God and it was holy.

[27:40] You know, that's why only the priests could offer these offerings. If someone else would have come in and touched the altar, they would have had to stay in the service of God.

[27:55] Why? Because they touched the altar and now they belong to God. And just think about this for a minute. how many people and how many times have we done it ourselves?

[28:09] We gave ourselves, we said, Lord, I give you my all. I lay myself on your altar. Lord, take me. I want to be whatever you want me to be and a few days later or maybe a year later we, we're out serving ourselves.

[28:29] We violated the law of God. when we give ourselves to Him, we offer ourselves to Him and He makes us holy.

[28:47] We belong to Him for life. We belong to Him for the rest of our life.

[28:57] We belong to Him for the rest of our life. We belong to Him for the rest of our life. We belong to Him for the rest of our life. Whatsoever touches the altar shall be holy.

[29:11] If anything comes in contact with the altar, it becomes holy and must remain in the sanctuary for Yahweh's use. Hallelujah. Any person who touched the altar was not free to leave but was now God's holy possession.

[29:33] Any person who touched the altar was not free to leave but was now God's holy possession.

[29:46] Have you given yourself to Him? Are you His possession? Elijah asked the question that day, how long halt ye between two opinions?

[30:06] And I believe that is the question that belongs to the American church today. How long halt you between two opinions?

[30:17] How long will you continue this double life? James tells us a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. How long halt ye between two opinions?

[30:30] If Baal is God, then don't just serve him during the week, serve him seven days a week. But if God is God, then don't just serve him on Sunday but serve him seven days a week.

[30:44] Amen. Amen. Amen. The God that answers by fire, let him be God. Our God will answer by fire when the sacrifice fits the altar and our heart is yielded to him.

[31:12] Joshua said, choose you this day who you will serve. Ask for me and my house. We will serve the Lord. Amen.

[31:28] In 1 Samuel we have an account of King Saul. You know, King Saul, he was sent, he was sent to destroy the Amlekites.

[31:47] In 1 Samuel 15. Samuel told him in verse 3, Now go and smite Amalek and utterly destroy all that they have and spare them not but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and us.

[32:16] You know, in the verse before this, Thus saith the Lord of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid weight for him in the way when he came up from Egypt.

[32:30] You know, Amalek, Amalek, he laid in weight. You know, he didn't just come as an army and fight Israel, no, but he laid in weight and there's other places where it says that he came and he smote those that were lagging behind and he came and he you know, those that that weren't, you know, in other words, he watched for people that were separated from the rest.

[33:03] They weren't, they weren't keeping up, they weren't abiding in the fold. So they might have been straggling behind, maybe they stopped for something and stopped the rest and the rest were moving on or whatever it was.

[33:24] You know, Amalek, Amalek, Bible also tells us he was the first among the nations. Amalek is a type of the flesh.

[33:40] And Amalek, when the children of Israel were on their journey, he came and those that, you know, maybe he said, well, you know, Moses, why, why do we have to walk so far today?

[34:02] Why do we have to go this far today? I'm tired. Look at over there. I want to go over there. There's something good to eat over here. I want to go get that.

[34:14] And they, whatever reason it was, they strayed away from the congregation. the Bible tells us that Amalek came and he smote such.

[34:33] You know, today, that's one reason why the unity of the Spirit is so important in a congregation.

[34:50] You know, as we stand together, as we stand together in the unity of the Spirit of God, I believe there's a protection against the onslaughts of the enemy.

[35:06] There's a protection against the wolves that would come. There's a protection against, you know, the flesh.

[35:18] If you're accountable to a body, it's a protection against such. But if you lag behind, if you drift away, you will become a target for the enemy.

[35:36] Anyway, here, Saul was commanded to go and to destroy Amalek completely, completely. And in verse 7, And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until they come to Shur, that is, over against Egypt.

[35:59] And he took Agag, the king of the Amalekites, alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword. But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings of the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them.

[36:17] But everything that was vile and refused, that they destroyed. Then came the word of the Lord unto Samuel, saying, It repenteth me, that I have set up Saul to be king, for he is turned back from following me, and not performed my commandments.

[36:36] And he grieved Samuel, and he cried unto the Lord all night. You know, and then the next day, when Samuel came to meet Saul, Saul said, Blessed be thou of the Lord, I performed the commandment of the Lord.

[36:51] You know, you know what I see in Saul that day, you know, he may have been so deceived that he thought he had accomplished the plan of the Lord.

[37:04] He had walked in obedience, you know, when we, when we demand to go our own way, when we demand something for our old man, then finally God will allow us to go, and he will allow us to believe that we're okay.

[37:25] Well, it didn't work this day. Samuel, it's when thou wast little, in verse 17, in thine own sight was thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the Lord anointed thee king over Israel, and the Lord sent thee on a journey and said, go and utterly destroy the sinners, the Amlekites, and fight against them until they be consumed.

[37:54] You know, you know, God has given us commandment to fight against that old man and to keep him under, to keep him crucified on the cross, a living sacrifice.

[38:07] Amen. Are we obeying? Wherefore, then, didst thou not obey the voice of the Lord, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the Lord?

[38:21] And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the Lord, and have gone the way which the Lord sent me, and have brought Agank, the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amlekites.

[38:36] But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the Lord thy God in Gilgal.

[38:51] And Samuel said, Hath the Lord his great delight in burned offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and a hark and the fat of rams.

[39:06] For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

[39:25] Now let's look a little bit at these. You know, Saul, he kept the king. He kept the king. You know, he slew all everything else, but he kept the king.

[39:38] You know, and then what else did he keep? He said, they kept the best of the sheep and the oxen. And what was he going to do with them?

[39:52] He said, well, we kept the best to sacrifice to the Lord. You know, and what I see here is is exactly what I see in Christians today.

[40:07] Professing Christians, let me put it that way. Professing Christians, they don't want to keep that old man on the altar, and so they want to bring the best that the old man can offer, and offer it to the Lord.

[40:23] God will never accept it. It's an abomination in the sight of God. It's an abomination. You know, remember what I said before, the old man is always trying to force God to accept him, to accept his works.

[40:46] That's why we have so many religions based on good works. Samuel told him that day, hath God as great delight in burned offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord.

[41:16] Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and a hearken than the fat of rams. Obedience.

[41:27] obedience. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft. You know, look at rebellion. What is rebellion?

[41:42] Rebellion. Rebellion is actually saying that my way is better than yours.

[41:53] I will reject you, God, and I will go the way I want to go. It's demonic.

[42:09] Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Idolatry. Worshiping self in my way.

[42:23] You know, obedience to God is worship. You know, did you realize that?

[42:34] When we walk in obedience, our life is worship to God Almighty. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he also rejected thee from being king.

[42:55] Amen. Amen. There's two religions in this world.

[43:27] You thought there were hundreds, right? There's two. One is the religion of God, the other is the religion of man. The one is the opinion of God, and the other is the opinion of man.

[43:43] And you can put them in two categories. one, the people that worship the Lord and serve him.

[43:56] The other is everything else. The whole world lieth under the power of the wicked one. The whole world, all those religions out there, they lie in wickedness serving Satan.

[44:24] Let's turn to Ezekiel 47. Ezekiel 47. Your revelation talks about the river of God flowing out of the sanctuary.

[44:49] Jesus said, He that believeth on me, as the scripture has said, out of his innermost being shall flow rivers of living waters. Those living waters, I believe is the river of the Holy Ghost.

[45:06] The living waters are the power of God, the life of God flowing out of, flowing from the throne of God, out to a lost and a dying world, flowing out of the sanctuary.

[45:26] what's that? Flowing out of the church of Jesus Christ, out to a lost and a dying world. Ezekiel 47, verse 1.

[45:44] Afterward, he brought me again into the door of the house, and behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward. And this house that he's talking about here is the temple of God, the church of Jesus Christ.

[45:59] And the waters, they flow out from under the threshold of the house, where the forefront of the house stood toward the east. And the waters came down from under from the right side of the house at the south side of the altar, and brought me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about the way without unto the other gate, of the way that looketh eastward, and behold, there ran out waters on the right side.

[46:27] And when the man that had aligned in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters, the waters were to the ankles. Again, he measured a thousand, he brought me through the waters, the waters were to the knees.

[46:42] Again, he measured a thousand, and brought me through the waters were to the loins. Afterward, he measured a thousand, it was a river that I could not pass over. For the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over. You know, and I just want to liken this river, this river of the Holy Ghost.

[47:04] I want to liken this to us. And let me ask you the question, you know, are you in this river into your ankles? Or are you into the knees?

[47:15] Or are you in deeper? Where are we at today? Are we allowing the Spirit of God to take control of us? Notice here in verse 5 he says the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.

[47:36] You know, that is the desire of God, that we allow this Spirit of God to take us. You know, that we just give ourselves, you know, even a good swimmer, a river will will take, the current of the river will take him.

[47:54] It will take him where it desires to take him. Once you, once your feet are off the bottom and you start going, it will take you where he wants to take you. Before that, you are still, you might be in the river, but you're still your own man.

[48:15] You're still, you're still going where you want to go. You're still doing what you want to do. And I believe that most, most of Christianity, they might have a little taste of the Holy Ghost, but they're refusing to just give themselves and to let the Holy Ghost take them.

[48:38] Let's look a little further here. Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me and caused me to return to the brink of the river.

[48:50] Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on one side and on the other. Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and they go down into the desert.

[49:04] They go into the sea, which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed. And, you know, in Israel, he'd be talking about the Dead Sea.

[49:19] And you just look at the world. It's a dead world out there. It's a world of death. And the river of God, what does God desire? He wants his river to bring life to this world.

[49:34] He wants his river to bring life to a lost and a dying world. He says, He says, And being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.

[49:55] You know, this river of life can bring healing to a lost world. Yes, that's the desire of God Almighty.

[50:12] It shall come to pass that everything that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the river shall come, shall live. And there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither, for they shall be healed, and everything shall live whither the river cometh.

[50:33] Now notice, we have this river flowing out from the sanctuary, flowing out, flowing out, this river.

[50:48] But now, he says, Whithersoever the river shall come. You know what I notice here? Is this river, it's not just one river, but as the people of God get into that river and allow it to take them, he'll take one, he'll take over this way, he'll take another one over that way, and he'll take us out to meet the needs of a lost and a dying world.

[51:17] And everywhere we go, we represent the kingdom of God. We're his ambassadors in this dead world. and we have the life of God, the life of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Ghost that has the power to meet every need out there.

[51:38] Whithersoever the rivers shall come shall live.

[51:53] The waters, the living waters, the river of God, everything shall live whither the river cometh.

[52:03] You know, you know, never underestimate what God can do through you. If you will just yield yourself and allow him, allow him to fill you, allow him to take you and use you, allow him to build you up, allow him to cleanse you first, and allow him to chasten, and to make us into the man he wants us to be.

[52:38] Oh, yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. There will be fishers, there will be fish, and their fish shall be according to their kinds as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many, exceeding many.

[52:59] Hallelujah. Verse 11. But the mire places thereof and the marshes thereof shall not be healed.

[53:11] They shall be given to salt. And by the river upon the bank thereof on this side and on that shall grow all trees for meat whose leaves shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed.

[53:26] It shall bring forth new fruit according to his months because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary and the fruit thereof shall be for meat and the leaf thereof for medicine.

[53:39] Revelation talks about this river and it says that it's for the healing of the nations. Do the nations need healing today?

[53:51] Yes, they do. Yes, they do. They desperately need healing today. Now let's go back to verse 11. Here I believe he gives us a warning.

[54:02] He says, But the mire places thereof and the marshes shall not be healed. I thought everywhere this river goes there will be healing. There will be healing.

[54:14] Well, just think with me a little bit. So there's some heavy rains. There's a little flood. You know, there's a flood and these marshes they get filled with water.

[54:27] The river flows back into them and it floods them. The water level comes up and it covers them. The mire replaces in the marshes.

[54:46] But you know with time the river recedes gets back into its bank. The Bible says those marshes will not be healed.

[54:59] You know, I've seen many Christians over the years. There's a revival. There's a revival and people turn to God and they give their all to Him and they make this new commitment.

[55:15] they make this new consecration to God Almighty. And after a while the waters they come back down to normal.

[55:26] The revival is in the rear view mirror. And they're back to the same man they were before. Why? You know, when that revival comes and they're sitting back there in the marsh.

[55:41] You know, they need to get out. Get out of the marsh. Get out of the swamp and get out into the river. But if they don't they'll go right back to where they were before.

[55:54] Amen. God needs men.

[56:15] God is raising up His army for this last day. He is. There's still I believe there's still a harvest that needs to be brought in.

[56:30] I believe there's still work to be done. You know, and the things that we see taking place in our world today.

[56:44] Let's not be shaken. Let's not be dismayed. I believe God is bringing to pass His end time prophecies.

[57:00] You know, we don't know. We don't see. We don't see everything. We don't know everything. What God is doing.

[57:13] But let me tell you what we need to be concerned about is that we are living in the will of God. That we are living in the power of God.

[57:25] that we are living a victorious life. And that we are allowing Him to use us in this world. Whatever He has for us.

[57:44] Your revelation tells us that the devil has come on this earth with great wrath knowing that His time is short.

[57:57] You know, that was written 2,000 years ago almost. The devil knows that His time is short, but do we as a church know that time is short?

[58:10] We're in the end time. And all of a sudden, things are going to change, and things are going to be over with.

[58:21] Jesus said, work for the night cometh when no man can work. Will we be ready or will we be found wanting?

[58:35] Will we be found watching when He comes? Will we be found faithful? Will we be found faithful?

[58:47] faithful? You know, today, today, that we can yet, that we can yet present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him.

[59:17] and it's the least that we can do. It's the least that we can expect to do for our Lord and Savior who left the glories of heaven and gave His all for us.

[59:34] And what He desires today is that His life will flow through each one of us out to a lost minute I am.

[59:45] God, that's His desire, that's His will, that's what He wants. If we will give ourselves, there's no limit to what God can do through us.

[60:02] Just remember that. You might think you're a nobody. There's no limit to what God can do. if you will give yourself, if you will allow Him to use you, if you will walk in faith, if you will walk faithfully in the little things of life, those things that seem insignificant, He can use you in those things that you wouldn't dare believe that He can use you.

[60:40] I believe that day is coming. God is looking. What is that verse? The eyes of the Lord run to and fro over the face of the whole earth looking for a man whose heart is perfect toward Him.

[61:01] Did He find you? Or is He still looking? Him? Let's pray. Lord, we thank You.

[61:16] Lord, we thank You that You have chosen us in Christ Jesus to live a holy life in this last day.

[61:30] You have chosen us to be a part of this last day harvest. You have chosen us to be in Your army in this day.

[61:42] Lord, I pray. Help us to give ourselves to You and to serve You faithfully. Lord, that nothing can separate us from the love of God.

[61:55] Nothing can separate us from You. Oh, Lord, help us to be faithful. Help us, Lord, to yield to You and to walk with You faithfully until You take us home.

[62:10] Lord Jesus, Lord, just show us if there's any hindrances in our life, if there's anything that is hindering Your spirit, Lord, help us to lay it down, to put it on the altar, and allow You to burn it up.

[62:30] O God, might our sacrifice fit the altar, that Your glory can come and fill us with Your spirit and with Your power.

[62:46] We pray in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[62:56] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

[63:07] Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. ... Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
